Day 10 (Thurs 3rd Nov) - Bunda Cliffs Bush camp to Mundrabilla, 130km
Rob had more tailwinds. He went through Border Village & Eucla - visited Eucla Telegraph Station. No internet access at Eucla or Mundrabilla. Expecting tailwinds tomorrow and will pick up food parcel.
Hi Rob, we haven't forgotten about you, thank you for the updates - hope the food parcel had a few surprises for you. 12 litres of water, wow - quite a bit of extra weight to have to pedal, don't use too much of it for your shower.
You know, even if your bike stand hadn't broken, your bike would not have been able to stand up after all that work because it would be just too tyred!
Anyway, safe travelling, and keep up the good flight - good job you weren't doing it with Qantas !
Hi Rob, 150ks then 130ks!! Have you wings on the bike? Bet you are looking forward to that PARCEL! Going to be 30 degrees Sunday. Visited Kinglake area on Thursday and you can still see the blackened trees. A sobering sight. Guy Fawkes night on 5th, did you take any crackers with you besides the edible ones.? Keep low flying Rob, Joan
Hey Rob - really enjoying your travels - impressed with the amt of kms you've been doing - loved the tape on the wheels for the mice - safe travels Sue Mac and Bernz from NZ
